Fashion photography blended with your teen's personal style is what I bring to their senior portraits. I encourage each senior to think about the look they want for their session, and work with them to make that vision happen, up to and including a visit to your home to help them pick clothing and outfits that will really stand out in photographs.

Drawing inspiration from sources as cheesy as America's Next Top Model to the well-respected fashion spreads in Vogue, along with the slightly edgy shots in Nylon and the romanticism of Lula, I don't do your “average” senior session.

Each teen will have a photo shoot catered to their own personality, not based on a template of typical senior poses. If you're looking for something truly memorable, forward-thinking and individualized, you're in the right place!

Senior sessions will tend to last a bit longer than other sessions, so it's best to block off an entire morning or afternoon for our time together. This allows plenty of time for the changing of outfits, moving to different locations, touching up hair or make-up, and any setting up that needs to be done (props, etc.)

We will likely use a variety of locations, often starting at your own home, and branching out from there. The Tipton County area provides some great backdrops for sessions, so expect to do some driving around during the session. (Clients are welcome to travel in my car with me, or take their own vehicles.) Parents, family members, and friends are welcome to accompany us, but please remember to allow your teen and I space to work together as a team.

Once I've edited the images from your session, taking care to showcase only the best and treating each one as its own piece of art, I'll schedule a date to come to your home to show you the proofing book. This is a spiral bound book of 4x6 prints, which you will be able to keep for 7 days following the proofing appointment.

This allows you time to look over each image carefully in order to decide which prints you want to purchase, as well as giving you the opportunity to show them off to family and friends. After the 7 days are up, we will meet again to discuss your order and the proofing book will be returned to me to be used in my portfolio. Prints will be ordered and delivered as promptly as possible, allowing time for the professional lab I work with to both receive and create a final product that you will enjoy and treasure in the years to come.
